Chop the veggies and shred the tofu. Sauté the veggies with salt until they begin to soften. Add the tofu and sauté until it begins to brown and looks dry. Add in the sauce ingredients and stir. Enjoy alongside rice, kimchee, or salad!
To make this dish spicier and ignite your taste buds, you can implement three simple adjustments: increase the quantity of sriracha or gochujaru powder, or swap the chili powder out for something hotter, like cayenne or ghost pepper.
