Do peppers like sun or shade?
Not sure where to start? I've put together a 34-page guide to help you grow an abundant harvest.
Insufficient sunlight can adversely affect pepper plants’ ability to thrive and produce fruit. Surprisingly, pepper plants grown in 50% and 70% shade conditions were larger, but they produced less fruit.
If your plants are potted, you can simply move them to a shadier location and monitor their health. If they are planted in beds or in-ground, you can hang a 35-50% shade cloth to protect them without hindering productivity.
The "green thumb" is a myth — with the right information, anyone can successfully grow peppers. Enjoy this free 34-page guide to help you grow an abundant harvest.
